Quitting Snuff: Good for mouth, Bad for bowel

As some of you know, I have always told myself that I would quit Snuff when I turned 30 years old… With the help of generic Walgreen’s Nicotine patches and a SHITLOAD of gum, so far so good…

As much as I am feeling the benefits orally, apparently my body was more reliant on Toxins to yep my digestive track than once thought. I am no longer on a “Regular” schedule, and have had to resort to the following breakfast treat, for Regularity..

CEREAL REVIEW: FIBER ONE – CARMEL DELIGHT

fiberone.jpg

TASTE: 8 out 10
For a Fiber cereal, I really wasn’t expecting much to tell you the truth. The last type of Fiber cereal that I had tried tasted like cardboard with sugar sprinkled on top… This, however, was indeed a “Delight”. Although I wouldn’t say it was necessarily “Carmel” flavored, it does taste like a regular morning cereal, and not a po po helper.

VALUE: 7 out of 10
The reason I selected this Fiber packed cereal is because it was in the “SALE” isle when you walk into Cub Foods. The price was 2 for $5.. That is a lot of Fiber..

FUN LEVEL: 1 out of 10
Unfortunately, there is no marshmallow thingies, or crazy animal shapes… Just simple squares.. This is an adult cereal.

Poopability: 6 out of 10
This might be an unfair rating at this point because it is day 5. I heard once that your body is typically a week behind, but I find this BS because if I have corn for dinner, it is in my poop the next morning.. Without going into to much detail, although I am back at regular schedule, I just don’t think that I am cleanin the pipes as they say…

OVERALL: 7 out of 10
Because I had to buy 2 of these, it is becoming increasingly clear that my test time is going to be extended.. Although I am for the most part happy with this product, I think there is middle ground in this market….. Give and take for flavor and effectiveness…. The better the taste, the worse the cleaning agent and vise versa. Definitely worth a look if your having issues.

If after two weeks I am still experiencing said problems, I am going to try some other products. Please be sure to check back in the upcoming weeks for progression updates.

  1. Dude this problem is purely psychological. As long as you can avoid the temptation keep a nice fresh tin in a ziplock bag the mere smell of it will trigger your habit to poop & you will be running for the can. The fiber method is good to build strong John Wayne stile loafing beast shits, but these although fun are not healthy either. You have to mix your fiber with some fruit, fresh or dried. Start keeping raisins in your desk.

Oh and this really is your fault!!! I always told you that your home base pooping policies would come back to haunt you. All the years of holding it in refusing to poop in public restrooms has caused your constipation. That is why you always required the help of a 3rd party (snuff) to activate your bowels. When the urge strikes you you will have drop that shit wherever you are. Stop being ashamed everyone poops and yes public restrooms are gross and somewhat uncomfortable, but is that any worse then what you are going through now?
