OK this project has been in my hopper for awhile now I am finally going to get it underway. Twitter is just way easier for me to bang shit out with in 140 characters whether I am driving or pooping or can’t get out of bed. It is part of the reason I have been neglecting this blog. Don’t get me wrong I am going to continue to neglect it. I just don’t have the motivation to attempt to write long form posts that are most likely never read.

Onto the project. Years ago I started using Dropbox. Signed up right away not being quite sure what exactly I was going to use it for. What I started with was dumping a bunch of photo/blog post ideas into it thinking that I would use that as material for this blog. That never happened and I gravitated to using Dropbox for more practical, professional, and backup purposes. This has left me with a bunch of discussing shit in my now very indispensable Dropbox account. What could I do. It can’t live there forever. I can’t just trash it. Some of it is downright hilarious. The obvious choice was easy. Get off your lazy ass and post it here where it was meant to be in the first place. These very types of things are what hjays was meant for and they can certainly live here forever.

Now we begin. I am going to bang out all of the posts in a short period of time. After that I am going to use a great new feature in WordPress and release one post daily until they are all gone. Should be fun. I am going to tag them all as “DroppingBoxes” but they should be pretty easy to find since they will all be in a row.
