{"id":656,"date":"2008-04-29T10:13:23","date_gmt":"2008-04-29T15:13:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hjays.com\/?p=656"},"modified":"2008-04-29T10:13:23","modified_gmt":"2008-04-29T15:13:23","slug":"roller-derby","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/hjays.com\/?p=656","title":{"rendered":"Roller Derby"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href='http:\/\/hjays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/sawsquash.jpg'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/hjays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/sawsquash.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"sawsquash\" width=\"275\" height=\"413\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-657\" srcset=\"http:\/\/hjays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/sawsquash.jpg 275w, http:\/\/hjays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/04\/sawsquash-199x300.jpg 199w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 275px) 100vw, 275px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNorth Star Roller Derby&#8217;s &#8220;Sawsquatch&#8221; (In many ways, similar to our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hjays.com\/photos\/beerpong\/beerpong-Pages\/Image24.html\">Sasquatch<\/a>) <\/p>\n<p>Last Saturday, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hjays.com\/photos\/fujs30thbirthday\/fujs30thbirthday-Pages\/Image12.html\">Fuj<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hjays.com\/photos\/fujs30thbirthdayamy\/fujs30thbirthdayamy-Pages\/Image151.html\">Radmacher<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hjays.com\/photos\/bachelorpartyjamie\/bachelorpartyjamie-Pages\/Image35.html\">I<\/a> went to see the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.northstarrollergirls.com\">North Star Roller Derby girls<\/a> at the Minneapolis Convention Center.. Why did we do this? Well, I am convinced it was because of Radmachers love for Amy, aka <a href=\"http:\/\/www.northstarrollergirls.com\/bio_template_femmes.php?named=Kat%20Skratch%20Eva\">Kat Scratch Eva<\/a> who we incidentally work with. (No, I have NOT had relations with this Amy) He denies this, but I am not so sure&#8230;<br \/>\nAnyways, Sasquatch was suppose to go but as usually BAILED, so the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hjays.com\/photos\/bachelorpartyjamie\/bachelorpartyjamie-Pages\/Image68.html\">&#8220;Fab Four&#8221;<\/a> reunion must wait a little longer.<br \/>\nThe Derby itself was confusing and I did not understand the scoring.. Fuj and Radmacher tried to explain, but I was much more interested in double fisting Beer and Windsor cokes then really paying attention to the score.<br \/>\nWe did get an opportunity to talk with Kat Scratch Eva during intermission which was QUITE exciting. She is a good chic, and seems like lots of fun. When we left to go get more beer, however, this dude that was like 5&#8217;6&#8243; gave me <a href=\"http:\/\/www.doubletongued.org\/index.php\/dictionary\/stink_eye\/\">Stink Eye<\/a> like I have NEVER seen before in my life&#8230; Even worse then what <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hjays.com\/photos\/superbowl08\/Pages\/11.html\">WF<\/a> gives me now in the halls at work. Well, it turns out that it was Kat&#8217;s boyfriend, and don&#8217;t like tall dudes talking to his woman&#8230; I don&#8217;t blame him for that I guess.<br \/>\nI closing, I guess there is worse things you can do with $10 than to watch these gals.
