The Incredible Hulk
Pretend for a moment that Ang Lee’s oft-hated HULK never happened, this is a great way to revive a franchise. Full of humor, nods to past Hulk comics and TV series and packing a lot of “hulk SMASH” action. It doesn’t quite reach greatness, but it’s a damn fun movie that continues to build the Marvel universe.

Steve Carell is great, as usual, in this 60’s TV series remake that can’t decide whether to be a high action superspy thriller or a comedy. Both parts do work well tho, and it is definitely breezy fun.

WALL*E
Pixar continues to prove that they don’t make cartoon movies for kids, but great films that just happen to be animated. The love story between two robots in the future is touching, hilarious and the best Pixar film yet. It is not just a great animated movie, but a fantastic science fiction story with post-apocalyptic and ecological undertones.
