This is one of my new favorite things. I saw him open for Wilco last Friday and was pretty blown away. It took me a minute to realize what he was doing. At first I thought the parts were drum & 2nd guitars were all pre-recorded. Then I realized that he was laying down those parts and building on the song as it goes, then triggering the loops with the foot pedals. Throughout the show he was constantly going back & fourth from guitar to drums and sometimes just singing while the loops go or the girl triggers them.

When he sits down to beat the shit out of the drums in this video you get an idea of how high energy their entire set was. A lot of loud and a lot of screaming I was highly amused.
